name resolution problems with 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

No problems using our ISP:

The problem affects some names but not others:

Thanks for the report; sorry you were seeing a problem. It's not
timing out for me now; I'm seeing an answer (74.201.102.9) from all
locations. Are you getting a response now for that name?
