Updating emission data from WRI

Hey Google Public Data Explorer team,

I tried to contact you already via the contact form and e-mail. 

I am currently preparing an update of the emissions data set from the World Resources Institute. I would appreciate if I could get further instructions on how get access to the data set and upload the new data.
