Y axis label incorrect

When viewing in Google Public Data Explorer

CO2 emissions (kg per 2000 US$ of GDP)

or

CO2 emissions (kg per 2005 PPP $ of GDP)

or

CO2 emissions (kg per PPP $ of GDP)

The values on the vertical axis are in $, and this is incorrect. If anything, it should be kg/$ , but since the titles of the graph already imply that, to remain internally consistent I suggest you forego the "$" at all along the Y axis in these three cases.
