GDP as PPP mistakes

In no meaningful way does Cuba have an equivalent GDP per capita, în PPP  - with Romania (for instance) 
current or constant dollars 

Also, even the GDP per capita of Cuba, either in current or constant dollars,  is in no way comparable to Romania. 


It happens that I know both countries well. 

If the World Development Indicators of the World Bank  are to be trusted, they need at least to be meaningful - that is, to be significative at least within an order of magnitude. When the range of error is equivalent to an order of magnitude, the data are meaningless.
