Upload de Dados Públicos do Brasil

Bom dia! Estou com dificuldades para fazer o upload de arquivo para o meu Public Data. Precis dos n´meros das Sinopses da Educação Básica. O Upload se inicia e depois para com a mensagem que devo tentar mais tarde. 

Tive sucesso com arquivos que não são no formato DSPL.

Good Morning! I'm having trouble uploading a file to my Public Data. Precision of the numbers of the Basic Education Synopses. The upload starts and then to the message that I should try later.

I have been successful with files that are not in DSPL format.
