I think this has nothing to do with PTgui, but I did something similar with an Insta360 camera which was mounted at the edge of the field, All movements in post processing https://youtu.be/AoXICR8nTwo  due to low light condition the quality is not the best.

Hi Remco,

Attached is the best I could get. The parallax appears to be very large
though.

The no-parallax point is usually near the front of the lens. Have you
consiered mounting the cameras 'cross-eyed'?
