provider 1.0.1 not working with gmail account managed by cableone.net

After upgrading 1.01 my cableone.net calendar which is a gmail account manage by my isp cableone.net the calendar doesn't work.
First is gives me the gmail login window but when I login it tellls me the account is managed by cableone.net
and transfers to the cableone.net login screen.  I tried to login but after typing my pasword and selecting 'login' it
doesn't respond.

Hi Kenneth,

unfortunately I don't have a cableone.net account to test this with and I suspect it will be hard to figure this out just from asking questions. Could you enable calendar.debug.log and calendar.debug.log.verbose in the advanced config editor (Options > Advanced > General > Config Editor) and check the logs in the error console (Tools > Error Console) for what is happening when you do this?

I doubt it, but if there is a slim chance that you would be willing to give me access to your cableone account by sending me a password I can log in with, please contact me via private email. Be sure to encrypt the password, for example by sending it via gpg / enigmail. My keys are on the public keyserver.

It's probably cookies. Try to enable cookes for all sites in Thunderbird.
