Should Prometheus log scrape errors?

Hi,

While investigating an issue of missing data, I found the problem was due to irregular scrape timeouts. However, that wasn't easy to find because there was nothing in Prometheus logs. Don't you think it makes sense for Prometheus to log all scrape errors like shown at /targets at debug log level?

+1, if you're running at debug level, we should have scrape errors logged.
