protocol proposal response

Hi all,

I wondered if someone could clarify something.

Reading the wiki on Github - it would seem that during the protocol proposal, the server should return "ok" if it understands the protocol, otherwise it should return a "no"

I'm not seeing the no when testing bad protocols - has this been removed?
