Trying to scroll up and down (main feed and occupants panel)

I'm trying to scroll through the main feed using page up and down, however that only scrolls through the list of commands or messages I previously sent.
And Alt-pageup and Alt-pagedown doesn't do anything for me.

I'm on Ubuntu.
