A tag has been added for a 0.4.6 release candidate.  Changes are mostly UI related with some additional functionality around account management, password keychain integration, and chat sessions:

• Support for 16 colours
• UI preferences now included in themes
• Option to word wrap the main window (/wrap)
• Show/hide the time in the main window (/time)
• Option to show and customise a roster panel in the console window (/roster)
  
• /account remove
• Account default supported for /connect
• Integration with different keychain implementations via account eval_password property
• Improved chat session handling and ability to override resource during chat (/resource)
• CPU usage improvements
