Additional UI options for MUC, including Occupant list panel

Room occupants are now displayed in a panel to the right of the main chat window when in chat rooms.

This can be shown or hidden with:

/occupants show
/occupants hide

The default when joining new rooms is "show", this default can be changed with the following setting:

/occupants default show
/occupants default hide

Since the additional roles/affiliations support, roles and affiliations are displayed:

• In the occupants panel, broken down by role
• When an occupant joins the room
• When an occupant's role or affiliation has been changed

The role/affiliation information can be enabled/disabled with the following setting:

/privileges on
/privileges off

Awesome. Thanks for this, I was just looking for a way to hide the occupants list.
