urgency hint

Hi,

I wonder how you can get an urgency hint for your window manager of
choice when new messages arrive. I tried libnotify and all I got was an
ugly popup (no urgency hint at all).

URxvt has a flag to set an urgency hint on bell, e.g. `echo -e "\a"`.
Now in profanity, you can just add a `fprintf(stderr, "\a")` to set the
urgency hint.

Any chance to get this bell into profanity (or something similar to set
an urgency hint)?

Well, I should have read the archives more carefully:

/beep on
