falha na ativação

o prey não esta sendo ativado quando eu estou usando a internet 3G. O prey só esta sendo ativado quando se conecta por uma rede wi-fi. gostaria de saber se o prgrama funciona assim mesmo. obrigado.

the prey is not being activated when I'm using the 3G internet. The prey is being activated only when connecting through a wi-fi network. I wonder if the prgrama works anyway. Thank you.
