Journalist's parents killed in Lahore

Dawn Islamabad's staffer Hassan Belal Zaidi aka Mighty's parents, Dr Javed Zaidi and Mrs Kausar Zaidi, have been killed in Lahore. The dead bodies were found in their Model Town residence on Wednesday night.

According to police, a sharp-edged weapon was used to kill the couple. The couple's car is also missing.

Namaz e Janaza of the slain couple is going to be offered today at 1700 hours at Momineed Center, Near Fatima Memorial Hospital, Shadman I, Lahore.
