I am getting this error message

Prawn::Errors::IncompatibleStringEncoding (Your document includes text that's not compatible with the Windows-1252 character set.

If you need full UTF-8 support, use TTF fonts instead of PDF's built-in fonts.

):

I have read lots of goole searches about this but have not got any further.
I am inputting data into a database then rendering inn rails

it does not seem to like Tarpaṇa    I guess it the funny n I also want to put in Emoji

How do I include all the fonts i use on my rails app web site with the PDF?

I just cannot work it out.
