3d graphics and functional programming

Are there any resources for learning 3d graphics with an impure
functional programming language such as Ocaml, F#, Erlang (i.e. FRP) ?

My books OCaml for Scientists and Visual F# 2010 for Technical Computing both had some content about 3D graphics but only part of a chapter.

I wrote an article about using GLSL shaders in OpenGL 2 from OCaml here:

and, of course, our visualization library for F# makes 3D graphics even easier:


However, I doubt any of these class as FRP. In fact, I wonder if FRP should be on the list yet for someone learning 3D graphics...
