What is steps to sync PouchDB to CouchDB ?

Hello Friends,
I am Bhushan Maindarkar
I need Help regarding How to Sync PouchDB to CouchDB I am talking about TODO Application also I am referring this link https://pouchdb.com/getting-started.html
The Installed software in my system are Eclipse,node js,couch-db,git,xampp,notepad++

Just need step by step process how to run this code https://pouchdb.com/getting-started.html
and required software on windows 7
