Google map caching with platinum-sw-cache

Hello,

I wonder, is there any way to cache a place ( let's say a city ) of map , or atleast where user has looked when he was online? Now it only saves one tile of map in offline browsing

I'm pretty sure caching map tiles is against the Maps API policy. https://developers.google.com/maps/terms
