paper-menu-button 1.0

I'm migrating from 5.0 following the migration guide. I'm also following Polymer Converted to PolymerElements report to have a relation from old elements, specially core-X, to new names and behaviours.

But in the page of the element project it says will be deprecated. 

Do you know if will be added this element or any alternative one?

Elements compatible with 1.0+ are in the github.com/PolymerElements organization: e.g. https://github.com/polymerelements/paper-menu-button

I thought only were available elements on the catalog webpage: https://elements.polymer-project.org/

Maybe it's a good idea to add paper-menu-button to the Catalog.

Does that paper-menu-button work with 1.0? I thought it relied on the old core elements.

Yes you're correct apologies for that one, it looks like that was prematurely brought over and opened up.

The 1.0 version of the dropdown that succeeds the 0.5 paper-menu-button is in-progress and will be out in a week or so - here's the tracking bug: https://github.com/PolymerElements/paper-elements/issues/17
