Set the host style properties dinamically

Hi! , here in this drag-drop component (line 25) the style properties of the custom element are binded to the width , height , left and top properties , so this values can be changed dynamically . How can i do this on Polymer 1.0 , given the fact that i can't do that on the new dom-module tag?
