use profile badge and menu polymer element

Hello Team,

I'm trying to create a UI similar to the one here : http://creativeit.github.io/material-dashboard-lite/index.html

Is there a polymer element (custom?) for the user profile info on the top right corner shows in the sample site ?

The close one I'm seeing is using paper-badge and iron-overlay. Thanks for your help !
