I would also recommend reading the documentation -- https://www.polymer-project.org/1.0/docs/devguide/feature-overview -- and Youtube tutorial videos to get you started. If you're looking for an actual Polymer course online I believe Pluralsight has one but I'm not sure how in depth it is.
