OS/2 support for new version of Polarbar

The most recent incarnation of OS/2, ArcaOS, supports OpenJDK 6. The new version of Polarbar requires a much newer version of Java than that: it has been developed and tested to require Java 11 and OpenJFX 11. (Theoretically it may run on Java 9 with an older OpenJFX version, but that is untested, and is unlikely to ever be supported, not least because Java 9 is no longer supported by Oracle or OpenJDK, and neither is Java 10.)

Therefore, OS/2 cannot run the most recent version of Polarbar until and unless a significantly newer version of Java is available. A suitable OpenJFX will also be required.
