Just a heads-up, CI-747 has some significant changes in it related to how PBM internally manages the definitions of inbound servers (e.g., those used to fetch mail).

If you run into problems, please let me know right away or file an issue. I tried testing this pretty thoroughly but there are only so many conditions I can create on my own.

This build also has numerous fixes for JavaMail IMAP/POP3 support which wasn't totally working right, especially for deleting messages.
