Career Exploration Program Exclusively for Middle-School Girls Saturday, November 9, 2013 9:00am-3:15pm at COSI Girls Discover...Engineering! is a day-long career-exploration program just for middle-school girls at COSI in Columbus. Girls in grades 6-8 learn where their interest in math and science can take them in life! Girls will meet professional and student engineers, participate in hands-on engineering workshops, and have a great time learning and meeting new friends. Register online! Middle-school girls will: Participate in hands-on activities and sessions led by women in exciting engineering careers Explore careers through hands-on workshops Meet undergraduate women already on paths to careers in engineering Program fee ($40) includes: Two hands-on workshops Lunch Souvenir t-shirt COSI general admission Program details: Online registration is available.  Check-in begins at 8:30 am Program begins at 9:00 am Advance reservations are required Space is limited Program ends at 3:15pm, but participating girls may stay to explore COSI with parental permission Financial aid is available Program takes place at COSI, 333 West Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio, 43215 Registration deadline is November 2 Questions?
