black/no value orthomosaic for NIR

Hi all,

I'm working on a sample data from online (sequoia) NIR images. After several tries with all possible setting combinations, I'm still having an 'all black' orthomosaic (pls see picture below) with 'no values'.

It's working perfectly from alignment up to DEM making but I'm confused why it's not doing the orthophoto right. I'm doing it in Agisoft Photoscan.

Do you experience something like this? Or do you have any recommendations?
