need oil samples

Hello! 

As many of you know, Public Lab is working on developing an oil testing kit. One of the things that we need to do is test "known oils." I'm really interested in the oils that comes from the Gulf. It would be really neat if we could source some to work with for the new kits. Does anyone have any ideas where we could get samples of Gulf crude?
