Hi Patrice,
Great to meet a Fairbanks, Alaska, activist. Hearing about the Pm2.5 issues your area faces from wildfires is daunting but your attitude is inspiring! I'm writing to connect you to the northwest Public Lab list and, regarding the dumping of coal ash, pass along this aerial photo taken by Scott Eustis in Louisiana. I've copied the Gulf Coast regional list in case they have more information to add about how they deal with coal.
