Dear Louisiana friends with whom I had a great convo with on the BOEM 5 year EIS.

Nov 29

Healthygulf.org will have online petitions around whales, and around the need to stall or end  new leasing in the Gulf until better oil spill and climate assessment is  done. 

We also are thinking that there's a need to defend the Clean Water Act, and Obama CEQ's new Climate Guidance that requires federal agencies 

I will ask Dr Jessica Wentz about the ability to share her presentation on this Climate guidance.
