Depth sensing and the New Orleans event

Hello!

Back in May the Public Lab Gulf Coast chapter hosted a 4 day long event on flooding/depth sensing. This has been an ongoing conversation (and issue) for a while in the New Orleans area. Here's a wiki on the background of this project. Also wanted to share a report out of the event for those who are interested.
