unable to save recording file with 'fileName' parameter

There seems to be some problem with 'fileName' parameter of record class. When there is no "filename" parameter, everything works fine. But as soon as I add "filename" parameter, call hungs up(also browser doesnot show the xml output).

Please see the attached files... (the only difference is that error-record.php has 'filename' parameter with record whereas success-record.php doesnot have that parameter)

Any solution available?
