Plivo Inbound calls

Hi!,

I'm trying to setup up the inbound calls featured.

In freeswitch in /conf/sip_profiles/internal I added configuration for the nexmo DID.
Also I added rules for IP addresses provided me by nexmo into conf/autoload_configs/acl.conf.xml

What I else I need to do?

What about plivo?
In my app (which is integrated with plivo by plivojava-helper lib) I added following addresses:
audio.server.url=http://0.0.0.0:8888/
plivo.answer.url=http://0.0.0.0:8888/answered
plivo.hangup.url=http://0.0.0.0:8888/hangup
plivo.ring.url=http://0.0.0.0:8888/ringing

Outgoing calls works fine.
Should I add somewhere (in plivo conf) the address of my app where the incoming calls should be forwarded?
On which url should I expected them?
