What should be Caller id number in VOIPDrupal module if calling from FSClient softphone

I am trying to connect to voipdrupal via freeswitch and plivo. In default configuration of voipdrupal module of drupal it says Caller id number must be in the E.164 format. But I am using FSClient. For SIP it says sip:user...@domain.com but I havent registered anywhere or don't know domain name and username. What should I put in Caller id number field?
