Hello all,

I'm Christopher and I work for King.com. I just wanted to announce and
show you a game we've been working for the last couple of months. It
can be reached at:

http://apps.facebook.com/pyramidsolitairesaga/

It's in soft launch mode, we've just begun pushing some minor traffic
to help us find the last few bugs. The game runs in WebGL where
possible, Canvas otherwise and for IE7/8 in Flash (It also compiles
and runs on Android).

It started out as a R&D project to test PlayN. Everything went smooth
enough to try creating a full title. We've built a layer on top of
PlayN that we call Wrath. It's pretty much a bunch stuff that's nice
to have building a game, but a bit too high level to fit in PlayN.
Sprite animations, tweens, bitmap font handling etc. We plan to open
source that part, we just need some time packaging it :)

I want to thank everyone that have made PlayN possible! And I would
like to mention Ray Cromwell for his awesome work helping us getting
the Flash platform up and working.

-Christopher

Awesome work, incredibly polished. BTW, if you want to see the Flash
backend in action, visit
http://apps.facebook.com/pyramidsolitairesaga/?forceFlash

It runs better than it has any right to. :)

Hi,

Sorry to hijack a 3 year old thread, but I started looking into bitmap fonts for PlayN and found this thread, I wonder if this Wrath library was ever open sourced?

It doesn't matter if it isn't nicely packaged, I can deal with messy code :)

thanks!
