Deadbolt Java 2.6 RC2

Hi all,

if you're using Deadbolt Java 2.6 RC2 and have found the template restrictions have suddenly disappeared, it's because all components that require global state have been removed.  However, I am not a sadist - these components have been moved to a separate library that you can drop into your build and everything should work as before.

You can get the dependency using "be.objectify" %% "deadbolt-java-gs" % "2.6.0-RC2-SNAPSHOT"
