after upgrade to version 2.2.2 error message does not disappear

Hi guys,
after I have done the upgrade of the play framework from 2.0.3 to 2.2.2 the error massage does not disappear in the validation of a form. First when the validation has an error the message occurs, what is right. But when I remove the validation error so that the form submission is successful, the error error message still remains under the success massage. The error message does not disappear (see pic). Any idea why this happens? This error only appears in production mode and on the firefox.
Any help would be really appreciated.

Check your flash cookie.  You probably have two variables set in there when you should only have one.
