When do you release the next 2.3.x version?

Hello,

I'm currently trying to make a play 2.3.9 web application works on WebLogic 12c on JAVA7 and I'm encountering this kind of issue:

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Cannot check isDirectory for a URL with protocol='zip'
    at play.utils.Resources$.isDirectory(Resources.scala:18)

I have seen that the change to handle zip files is already on 2.3.x. So now I'm wondering when do you plan to release the next 2.3.x version?

(The fix doesn't seem to be present in 2.3.10 https://github.com/playframework/playframework/blob/2.3.10/framework/src/play/src/main/scala/play/utils/Resources.scala )
