[Play 2.5] [Java] Sonar Cube - Quality Gates with Play web application

Hi,

We are using PLay 2.5 and want to implement SONAR Cube to put quality gates to improve the code quality.

I see there is no direct way of applying SONAR. 

Web has few workarounds like using a plugin to generate the report on Play code and upload that report on Sonar Cube to get report on code quality etc

What is the best approach for applying Sonar with Play?

Hey Suraj,

What have you tried already? Play application are just regular sbt projects with a specific directory layout. Does SonarQube supports sbt projects? Can you use Sonar Scanner:
