Hello

I am a newbie to Play Framework, gone through the official website and intro video, seems convincing and powerful. I would like to get started with Java development using Play. After the activator new command, the project skeleton is generated. How do I convert this project to Eclipse project and import it into eclipse?

I am using the latest Play Framework i.e., 2.4.2(Damiya).

What are some of the prerequisite before starting play development with Java?

Hi,

The Activator/sbt "eclipse" command is what you're looking for. For more info, see https://www.playframework.com/documentation/2.4.x/IDE > "Eclipse" > "Generate configuration."
