Custom datetime template question

Hi guys. Could anyone help me a bit. I just learn Rails about two weeks. This time I have a problem it's about how to custom simple_form field.

I want to custom a new datetime input but I don't know how rails split a datetime column to 5 select and then combine to one datetime column
