the ICICI Bank Family.

By now all of you must have completed your pre employment medical
examination, if not then kindly finish your medicals as no candidate
will be allowed to join without the pre employment medical done and
declared FIT.

This year we have decided to enable you to learn the basics of
banking through our outline channel - ICICI Bank Learning Matrix.
ICICI Bank uses the Learning Matrix, which is an e-learning platform,
extensively to disseminate knowledge and information to its employees
across the globe at the click of a button. Through this you will have
to complete the mandatory e-learning modules, assigned to you.
Completion of these modules is important as no candidate selected will
be allowed to join till the time all the assigned modules are cleared.
At the end of each module you will have to clear a certification test,
which will certify your PASS status for that specific module. The
status will be monitored to keep a track of all the PASS candidates.



The following modules have to be cleared before joining and will
be assigned to each one of you.

* Indian Financial Systems
* Evolution of Money and Banking
* Banking An Introduction
* Overview of Banking
* Regulatory Environment of Banking
* Negotiable Intruments Acts
* Know Your Customer for Retail Branch Banking
* Business Math
* Information Security
* Foundation of AML in India
* Five S



You will be getting the user Id and password through a separate
mail from the Learning Matrix Team, ICICI Bank by 2nd September
2008 .

(In case anyone dont get their user Id and password by 5th Sep
then let me know through mail)

The FAQ doc and guidelines on E- learning are attached with this
mail, kindly refer to this for any queries.

Everybody has to complete the assigned modules within 10 days
only. On successful completion of all the assigned modules,You will
join your allocated business and location and would get nominated for
your business specific training/ induction programs.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE LEARNING MATRIX

1. Type the url www.learningmatrixatcampus.co.in on the
internet explorer browser

2. You will be directed to the login screen

3. Use the User ID and password communicated to you separately
by the Learning Matrix Team, ICICI Bank, to enter the home page.

4. To search for a program click on the Catalog icon on the
home page or use the 'Search' option on the left panel

5. Choose the program that you want to read and click on the
register button next to it.

6. For launching the program, click on the name of the
program

7. The content will open up

8. The left bar displays the road map

9. To hide / unhide the road map, click the button in the left
bottom corner

10. Complete all interactivities on a screen to move to the next
page

11. A certification test will be available at the end of every
module in the form of a Learning Confirmation

1. P-III/IV Micro-processor

2. 256 MB Ram

3. CPU Speed – 3 GHz

4. Broadband Internet connectivity (Recommended 256kbps)
Software

1. Microsoft Operating System XP or 2000

2. Microsoft Office 2000.

3. Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher version with service pack

4. Flash Player 9.0 or higher version

5. Shock Wave Player 10.0 or higher.
