Support for GXT in Piriti 0.7.0

I'm just about to release Piriti 0.7.0. This version comes with several new features, a big redesign of the annotations and an internal restructure of the code generation process. What's still missing is the GXT module. I would like to skip support for the GXT module. I see several reasons for this:

• GXT has it's own JSON / XML mapping support: http://www.sencha.com/gxtdocs/#com.extjs.gxt.ui.client.data.JsonReader and http://www.sencha.com/gxtdocs/#com.extjs.gxt.ui.client.data.XmlReader
• It would take too much time to refactor the GXT module. I'd rather invest the time to improve Piriti Core
