Can someone help me modify he following script or create a new script for use with the pi face?

I need the be able to press the button or received one input , one time in 1 seconds and have the relays turn on and off as in the attached script, then I need be able to press the button 5 times in 5 seconds to get the same result, then I need it 10 times in 10 seconds, and 20 times in 20 seconds.
Anyone know how to do that?
