Bottom entry double header part

Hi.

I've been trying to source parts in the UK for the Crust...

The part:

Is really expensive to import.

I was wondering if this one would do? I've looked at the various data sheets and it _looks_ like it should do the same job. I'm happy to get one on faith, but just wondered what you guys thought about it:

In-ter-es-ting.

Looking at the datasheet, I think it might work. The only issue I can see is the spacing between the legs - the Pi Crust has them 8.54mm apart, whereas this component has them 7.62mm apart. But it's close enough that the pins might just fit, with a little, errm, encouragement.

I decided to order them from Mouser. I've ordered 3 of them to go with the Crusts. It's £18 for them, most of which is the shipping, but Farnell requires a minimum order of £20, so it doesn't make a lot of difference!

Not bad for 3, though.
