Passenger package not found.

I'm using a raspberry pi and when I tried the tutorial (https://www.phusionpassenger.com/library/install/nginx/install/oss/jessie/) the error "Package passenger not found" appears.
The error was shown when I typed "

sudo apt-get install -y nginx-extras passenger" in step 1.

Someone an idea how I can solve this problem?

You're probably running Raspbian, not Debian (these can't easily be mixed); there are no Passenger packages for that (we also don't compile for ARM).
