Upgrading Passenger from 5.0.7 to 5.0.26

Are there any breaking changes or potential issues I need to be wary of if I am upgrading from Passenger 5.0.7 to 5.0.26? Any general upgrade guides? I am running a Rails 4.2.x application in it.

There shouldn't be any breaking changes within the same minor version. The only thing that comes to mind is the header filtering we needed to fix due to a security issue:
