Hello,
I would like to know a couple of things before I decide which version to go with.
So my question are:
1. In community edition of passenger I have read like, it supports multiple process but single thread. Is there any limit to the number of processes which can be created?
2. What is the disadvantage of this when compared with mutli process - mulit threaded set up?

Thank all,
Plato.

There is no limit enforced in Passenger. The only limits are imposed
by your OS configuration (e.g. ulimit settings) and hardware
resources.

Less I/O concurrency. The documentation on multithreading sums it up:
https://www.phusionpassenger.com/library/config/nginx/reference/#passenger_concurrency_model
