Can't start passenger after upgrade

hi,

we upgrade passenger and after that we have constant error:

Cannot execute "/usr/local/rvm/gems/ruby-2.3.0/gems/passenger-5.0.30/buildout/support-binaries/PassengerAgent": No such file or directory (errno=2)

All files are there and everything is configure right. Can anyone please help to solve this issue?

You said all files are there, but the error says that PassengerAgent is missing:
/usr/local/rvm/gems/ruby-2.3.0/gems/passenger-5.0.30/buildout/support-binaries/PassengerAgent: No such file or directory

What did you do exactly? It seems like the installation isn't right.

Apache started crashing with the old version, so we installed the latest version of Passenger and removed the old one. The file PassengerAgent exists at the path. We have even recompiled it multiple times. The error just makes no sense to me.
