Server is crashing Apache, Passenger, Ubuntu and Rails

My application is crashing again and after using the live application. Last night it crashed more than 3 times. 

Apache log.error shows

    [ 2016-07-05 06:37:43.0100 1677/7f5969feb700 apa/Hooks.cpp:704 ]:

       Unexpected error in mod_passenger: Cannot connect to the Passenger     

       core at uni$

     Backtrace:

     in 'Passenger::FileDescriptor Hooks::connectToCore()' (Hooks.cpp:306)

     in 'int Hooks::handleRequest(request_rec*)' (Hooks.cpp:574)

I did my configuration by using the tutorial described here:

Some information about my server is

Server version: Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu)

Server built:   Jan 14 2016 17:45:23

Phusion Passenger 5.0.26

Extra information.

Some of the solution says that I have to change my PassengerInstanceRegistryDir to other than tmp folder. I also did that but still unable to cure my server. May I am not doing it right.

Can you try the latest version, 5.0.29, and post a more complete log?
